Delivery Information

- Production Time: All of our jewelry is handmade to order. Production typically takes 3-5 business days.

- Shipping Within the US: Orders placed from the United States are shipped from our New Jersey office. Standard shipping within the US takes approximately 3-4 business days.

- International Shipping: Orders placed from outside the United States are shipped from our workshop in Istanbul. Standard international shipping usually takes 3-4 business days.

- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping for all orders. Products shipped via express from our Istanbul workshop typically arrive within 3-4 business days.

- Customs and Taxes: Please note that the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes. We recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations prior to placing an order.

Packaging

- All of our jewelry arrives beautifully packaged, ready for gifting or safekeeping.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return or exchange your item under the following conditions:

- Return Window: You may return your item within 1 week of receiving it. Please contact us before sending your item back to ensure a smooth process.

- Restocking Fee: A minimum restocking fee of $25 USD will apply to all returns. This fee may vary depending on the value of the item being returned.

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your jewelry, the same conditions for returns apply:

- Restocking Fee: The $25 USD restocking fee will apply.

- Price Differences: If the item you wish to exchange is of a higher value, we will provide you with a special payment link to cover the price difference.

- Shipping Costs: The shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you will also be covered by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that customized and personalized items, including engraved or specially designed pieces, are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
