Absolutely! As we handcraft each piece ourselves, we are happy to tailor the jewelry to your needs. Whether you prefer a different chain length, a specific ring size, or a unique modification to the design, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to bring your vision to life.
I don't know my ring size. What should I do?

For the most accurate fit, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to have your finger sized professionally. However, if you are unsure, please reach out to us—we can guide you through the process to help ensure the perfect fit before we start crafting your ring.
When will my order be shipped?

Most of our pieces are made to order with great care and attention to detail. Please allow 1-3 business days for production. Once your jewelry is ready, we will ship it immediately and send you a tracking number via email.
Is the packaging suitable for gifting? Will the price be visible?

Yes! Every order arrives in our signature Bright Fine Jewelry box, beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. We do not include a physical receipt with price details inside the package (unless required by international customs regulations); your receipt is sent digitally via email.
Can I add a personal gift note?

Certainly. You can include a personalized message at checkout. We will print your note on a lovely card and include it in the package to make your gift even more special.
